I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Cleopatra Luxury Hotel for the exceptional hospitality during our family vacation. A special thanks goes to Mr. Nasr Abdelfatah, Duty Manager, for his continuous care and attention throughout our stay. He made every effort to ensure that our experience was truly a 10/10. I would also like to thank the reception team, especially Ahmed, for his professionalism and attention to even the smallest details, which made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. My gratitude also goes to Dr. Hisham from the hotel clinic for the excellent care and support he provided when our daughter became ill during our vacation. A big thank you to Eslam and Elsayed at the pool bar for their kindness, friendly attitude, and outstanding service while we were enjoying our time by the pool. Finally, I would like to thank Mostafa from the room service team for his dedication, prompt assistance, and commitment to ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. The professionalism, warmth, and genuine care shown by the entire team made our family vacation memorable. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting Cleopatra Luxury Hotel again in the future.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Cleopatra Luxury Resort. However, compared to other 5-star hotels we have stayed at in Sharm El Sheikh, I would say that this resort is closer to a very good 4-star experience rather than a true 5-star one. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing, which was exactly what I was looking for, as my main goal was to have a peaceful vacation and fully enjoy my rest. The hotel was clean, although there are some areas that could be improved. The food was enjoyable, and everyone can find something suitable for their taste. I especially appreciated that the dishes were not overly seasoned, and the Eastern desserts were absolutely delicious. The staff were the highlight of our stay. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request. Special thanks to Mohamed and Mahmoud from the Lobby Bar, who prepared amazing cocktails and made our evenings more enjoyable. We would also like to thank the staff at the Market Restaurant and the beach café team for their great service and hospitality. We also had dinner at the Italian restaurant, and we really enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious, and it would be a great improvement if more restaurants with higher-quality dining options were included in the all-inclusive package. The biggest disadvantage for us was the beach. The seabed was very rocky, with many large stones, making it difficult to enter the water without water shoes. The evening shows were enjoyable, but they became more active only during the last few days of our stay. It would have been better if the entertainment had been more energetic from the beginning, with music and dancing after the shows as well. Overall, despite some areas for improvement, we had a lovely holiday thanks to the wonderful staff, good food, and relaxing atmosphere. It was a great place for a peaceful getaway, and we truly appreciated the hospitality.

Very nice hotel. Lovely pools and always plenty of sunbeds and the lifeguard will always help you with the sunbeds and an umbrella for shade. Throughout the resort the staff always went ensured you were looked after. Food, was on the whole okay, not great but fine. Bedroom was a decent size and kept very clean. The reason for only four stars was the entertainment. Which was one of the worst I have experienced in years. It felt they had zero budget and the animation team on the whole was non existent. Sometimes there was acoustic entertainment in the lobby/ reception area which was great playing to no one, whilst on the stage it was karaoke, which did accidentally provided the funniest moment when a singer was singing the words to a song with a totally different tune. The poor singer tried very hard, but gave up. After that no-one wanted to give it a go. So they just played random songs for a while and then gave up. So we just sat there in silence, whilst most people just drifted away. That was one of the better nights!!

I booked an all-inclusive package, and honestly, from the first day we arrived, we discovered that almost everything comes with an extra charge. Room service, fresh juices, and many other things were not included as expected. On top of that, the service was really disappointing and far below expectations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing all-inclusive experience.
