From beginning to end, everyone was warm, attentive and genuinely determined to make our stay perfect. Our luggage was left behind by Air France on our connecting flight, which could easily have put a damper on the beginning of our vacation. Instead, the entire team rallied to help us. With the personal involvement of the owner, Christian, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable while we waited and to help get our luggage delivered to us as quickly as possible. That level of care and personal attention is rare, and we were incredibly grateful. Beyond the remarkable service, the hotel itself is beautiful. Our rooms were spacious, comfortable and beautifully appointed, the pools are lovely, and the setting is peaceful and gorgeous.
