Having visited several beach clubs in Cannes, I can honestly say I have never experienced such a warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming approach. He perfectly combines professionalism with natural hospitality. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, and every interaction with the staff reflected an exceptional attention to detail. “Go to the beach club and ask for Lucas. He’s the most amazing wonderful, talented kind attentive server in the entire place. He brought me the best Matcha cocoa, and he was very quick to respond to every request. He made sure the fan hit our direction in order to keep us cool. He offered us a towel towels. “We stayed at the Carlton Cannes, for 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel beautifully combines its historic elegance with modern comfort, creating a truly unique atmosphere. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the housekeeping team was incredibly attentive and detail-oriented. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone, from the reception team to the beach staff, was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had the best possible experience. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a great variety of high-quality and delicious options each morning. We also especially loved the charming garden area at the back of the hotel, with its small gazebo-like seating spaces. It was peaceful, beautifully designed, and the perfect place to relax away from the crowds. The private beach service was equally impressive. The staff were attentive and welcoming, and having a sandy beach was a huge advantage, especially since many beaches in Cannes are pebbled. It made our beach experience much more enjoyable. Overall, our 4-night stay was truly unforgettable. The elegant atmosphere, outstanding hospitality, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely valued as guests.
