What Guests Loved
- The spa spans 1,500 square meters, featuring a pool inspired by ancient Roman baths with mosaics and marble. It offers a comprehensive range of treatments alongside traditional heat facilities and a 25-meter swimming pool.
- Many rooms and public spaces overlook the circular Tomb of Augustus, providing a direct visual connection to Imperial history. This proximity allows for quiet reflection on the city's heritage away from the main tourist thoroughfares.
Things to Consider
- As a landmark opening with a specific room count, securing a reservation during peak seasons requires planning months in advance. Travelers with flexible dates may find more options and shorter waitlists during the shoulder seasons.
- The rates reflect the brand's positioning and the extensive ratio of staff to guests. While the cost is substantial, it includes access to highly specialized facilities and a level of privacy rare in central Rome.

“A fantastic experience at the rooftop restaurant. We were celebrating my wife's birthday, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful in making the evening special. The pizza was very good, the atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was outstanding throughout the night. Thank you to the whole team for their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“This is just for their coffee bar - This was probably the best tiramisu of my life: high quality coffee and ingredients, each bite was melt in your mouth and the texture was smooth. Bombolone was soft, chewy with not too sweet custard filling which was amazing Cappuccino freddo was strong too. The coffee bar is chic and definitely recommend checking it out.”

“Worst experience at Rome. Stayed at room 434. Happened to be directly below from their rooftop bar. Didn’t expect that much noise level. Couldn’t sleep due to consistent noises. We complained but they just said sorry(?) They said bar ends at 1am. The front desk never attempted to replace the room for us. So we actually had to wait til go to sleep until bar closes its business. The noise finally stopped around 3am after our 2nd complaint. Never expected to have this type of unpleasant experience at the hotel in this level. The shocking thing is that they knew the room had a noise problem in the past. They should NEVER offer such room like this any guests. When we checked out, we asked the front desk manager to report this issue to the management. Not sure she has done it though. Hope no one experiences the same as we did at this hotel. No discount no compensation nothing. Just said sorry again. Lol”

“Breakfast at Bulgari Rome was a pleasure in both form and substance. The coffee and beverages were excellent, and every dish arrived beautifully presented and genuinely flavorful. The children enjoyed both the porridge and the omelet — always the most honest critics. A special mention goes to the tableware: dining from it elevates the entire experience. Presentation here is not decorative — it enhances the taste. The only hesitation was the 40-minute wait for our daughter’s porridge. By the time it arrived — after a few gentle reminders — the adults had already finished their meal. One hopes it was simply a momentary oversight. It is a pity that breakfast is exclusively à la carte, though perhaps in luxury one pays for precision rather than abundance. So far, the finest breakfast experience we have had in Rome.”

“To say this Hotel is amazing is just not saying enough! I so wish every 5 star hotel would even be at 50% of the level as this and the world would be ok. Everything from the OCD level of positioning and service is the best of the best, you can smell Italy here in every sense of the word. Thank you for existing ❤️❤️❤️”
