“We stayed for four nights. A beautiful, authentic hotel with a fascinating history—it was once a residence of Leopold II of Tuscany. As a member of the Leading Hotels of the World collection, it offers an elegant atmosphere and exceptional hospitality. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and both the breakfast and the restaurant served delicious, high-quality food. The staff were attentive and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable. The only significant downside was the air conditioning. The corridors, dining rooms, and other common areas were extremely hot, making it very uncomfortable to dine as we were sweating throughout our meals. The air conditioning in the room was functioning but not particularly effective, so it never felt truly cool. Overall, this is a wonderful historic hotel with outstanding service and cuisine, but improving the air conditioning would greatly enhance the guest experience.”

“We’ve just returned from a truly wonderful stay at Bagni di Pisa, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcome by Andrea (Front Office Manager). Every member of the team was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, creating an atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. Our bedroom was quite simply one of the best hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and perfectly in keeping with the charm of the property. The spa experience was simply exceptional. A place of complete tranquillity and relaxation. A great choice of pools, peaceful surroundings, and overall ambience made it very easy to switch off and fully unwind. Dining was another real highlight. The food was of a very high standard, beautifully presented, and enjoyed in a setting that perfectly complements the elegance of the hotel. Most importantly, it gave my wife and I exactly what we were looking for, utter relaxation in a stunning environment, with impeccable service throughout. A truly special place that we will absolutely return to.”

“A beautiful hotel and superb value for money. We were looked after in a highly professional and friendly manner, following recover from a car accident and a stay in hospital. The staff, food and spa was all wonderful and the room was airy and the bed very clean and comfortable. I honestly didn’t think hotels like this from the golden era of travel still existed. “We recently stayed at Bagni di Pisa Palace & Thermal Spa for our engagement trip and honestly, it was incredible from start to finish. The spa facilities were lovely and really added to the whole experience. The reception staff were always so welcoming, greeting us every time we came and went and were consistently happy to help with anything we needed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful and really well kept, which made it feel even more special. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and always kept spotless by the housekeeping team. A special mention to Biman from the restaurant staff, he was amazing. Always friendly, professional, and welcoming, and you could tell how hard he works. He really stood out and made our stay even better. Overall, we had such a great experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel.”

“We went to the spa. There are no signs outside to direct you. We walked over to the hotel check in and found out we were parked right outside the spa. Upon entering there are no signs to direct you to check in so we walked through the pool area and around to find the check in desk. After struggling with the locker key because there were no signs or instructions that 1€ is needed to be deposited on the inside of the mens lockers to use the key. There is no soap in the showers. The staff were nice and accommodating. The pools were not hot enough to be soothing so we left after 15 mins. This is a tired old building that needs a renovation. Paint is peeling and it’s just worn out. I’m sorry that we spent 152€ for two people to go here. It would not be worth it if it was free. We could have had great lunch for that much money. This was a big disappointment. Please don’t apologize.”
