Dunas Hotels & Resorts Discount Codes & Deals

Yes, but only for one group. hotelesdunas.com publishes the code MASDE65, which gives 5% off at Mirador Maspalomas by Dunas and Maspalomas Villas by Dunas when at least one person staying in the room is over 65; you have to show ID at check-in. It can be combined with special offers and with Dunas Club. We found no general code for every guest when we checked; for most people the saving comes from Dunas Club, which is free to join and takes 5% off from the first booking.

Dunas Club is the free loyalty programme for anyone over 18, and you join with an online form. It has three levels: 5% off from your first stay, 10% off your next booking once a stay has been completed and checked out, and 12% once you have spent €15,000 on the website within 36 months of joining. The member price applies when you book directly on the website or through the reservation centre. You can book up to 3 rooms at the Dunas Club price in one reservation, provided the account holder is one of the guests, and your level is reviewed every 36 months.

Members who show their Dunas Club membership get 20% off at the Las Burras Beachouse restaurant at Hotel Don Gregory (drinks excluded), 10% at the Paola Boutique shops, 25% on treatments and massages at Serenity Space in the Mirador Maspalomas, 10% at the SPA by Alina Vriel at Suites & Villas and Don Gregory, and 10% on bike rental at the Free Motion Bike Center at the Suites & Villas by Dunas hotel. First-level members also get courtesy water on the first night.

Yes, if you choose the free cancellation rate. Under the general conditions, cancelling at least 4 days before arrival costs nothing on that rate, while cancelling less than 4 days before arrival costs 100% of the booking. Prepaid Pay Now rates keep the full prepayment if you cancel, and a no-show can be charged one night's stay. You cancel through the link in your confirmation email or by phone.

If you book on hotelesdunas.com and find a lower price for exactly the same stay on another website, email comercial@hotelesdunas.com within 24 hours of booking with your Dunas booking number and a dated screenshot of the other offer. The hotel, room type, dates, board, guests and cancellation policy must match, the difference must exceed €5 and the claim must be made at least 3 days before arrival. Rates with promotional codes, private or password-protected rates, and flight and hotel packages are excluded.

Every offer above was read on hotelesdunas.com on the date shown, conditions included. We list a code only when Dunas Hotels & Resorts prints it on its own site, as it does with MASDE65, keep the group's own wording on amounts and remove an offer once it disappears from the site.
