Can I cancel a Compass Hospitality booking?▼
The cancellation policy depends on the rate you book. Under the general terms, reservations with prepayment cannot be changed or cancelled and deposits are not refunded, and if you leave early you still pay the full price. The Early Bird offer is fully prepaid with no cancellation and no amendment. Changes to flexible bookings are made directly with the hotel.
